Built here. Documented to standard. Ready to run.

Every unit BOILER ships is designed, fabricated, and tested under one roof — not assembled from third-party components. Twenty years of construction records back every serial plate.

No outsourced components. No exceptions.

Pressure vessels are fabricated in-house to ASME Section I standards. Steel selection, weld procedures, and hydrostatic testing are documented and traceable to the unit's serial number.

Lead times run four to twelve weeks depending on capacity and configuration. Every unit ships with a full documentation package — drawings, test records, and warranty registration.

5 TON to 200 TON output

Full package. Every unit. No exceptions.

Standard models span fire-tube, water-tube, and condensing configurations. Custom skid-mounted packages available for space-constrained mechanical rooms.

Commercial units from 500 MBH serve mid-size buildings. Industrial models scale to 50,000 MBH for process and district heating applications with full spec sheets on request.

As-built drawings, hydrostatic test reports, burner setup sheets, and warranty registration ship with every unit. The same team that built it handles your first service call.
